The payments of withholding taxes for April, May and June have already been postponed and now more months are included to ease in the payments. The newly added months includes August, September and October (Not July). The postponement of payment has been considered in conjunction with other payables, so the payments are typically postponed by months and a half in order to respect cash-flow and liquidity.
As an employer, you are still required to make payroll reporting in accordance with the original deadlines. It is only the payments, that are postponed!
