By 6th July 2020 (previously 1st January 2020) the “Tast-Selv” code will no longer be a method for accessing your personal tax information on the Danish Tax Authorities site www.skat.dk.

You will be required to have a NEM-ID. See more here on how to obtain a NEM-ID.

It generally requires that you show up at one of the citizen centers in Denmark to have a NEM-ID issued. However, there may be a solution where local consulates will be able to act as Danish citizen centers so a journey to Denmark is avoided.

We will follow the development and urge individuals currently using Tast-Selv code to convert into NEM-ID as soon as possible.
